It is with great sadness that I inform you all that our dear Annie became "very sick" this morning. She's at the "fish doctor" and they are taking really good care of her, and will continue to take care of her for the next 2 weeks while we're on our 2 trips. Daddy will go "check on her" at the doctor when we return from Vegas and she should be as good as new -we hope she doesn't change size or color from her sickness - that can happen, ya know.

Has it REALLY only been TWELVE DAYS?

liar liar pants on fire.

i guess that story can go right up there with the tooth fairy, santa claus...and that rabbit that brings presents and candy on easter morning! (as an adult, i think it is rather alarming that we convince our kids that a fairy comes into their room and steals their teeth right out from under their pillow...) haha!! :-)

poor annie. you took such good care of her. i'm sure she was a just a little sick when you got her. maybe the next annie will be with you longer...at least until your next vacation...

hey...that reminds me, remember when didi babysat (babysat? fishsat?) for scotts fish...and KILLED THEM? hahahaha!!

:-)

I know, Vicki! It's not a wonder our kids are warped! Then there's nursery rhymes about 3 men in a tub, mice's tails being cut off, old women living in shoes, etc...

That is EXACTLY what started happening to the 7 neon tetras Santa brought Jack..then instead of mourning them, it became, "Wow Mommy, LOOK! Another one died, can we go flush it?" Needless to say, the tank is now empty in the garage...something about the wrong levels of ph-something in the water...who knows...Santa is evil, right? Evil or clueless to pet maintenance! :) Good LUCK with another!
