Tasty Trios

Do you like easy? Here are three delicious recipes where the combination of only THREE ingredients make for a very tasty dish!

One is a glaze for carrots using these babies:
Just cut the carrots into rounds. Boil under tender. Add a tablespoon of syrup, a tablespoon of butter, and a teaspoon of balsamic vinegar. Let simmer until yummy! Thanks Mom & Rick!

Next is a sauce for pork chops with these:
Mix the gravy packet and the small bottle of dressing in a bowl. Add half a jar of jelly and stir. (It'll be lumpy.) Pour over pork chops (or chicken), cover with foil, and bake at 350 for an hour. I know this looks like an odd combo, but it is so good and comes out very tender. Thanks, Mim!

And the last tasteful trio is for a cherry dump cake using these:
This is so quick! Just literally dump two cans of pie filling into a casserole dish. Sprinkle cake mix on top. Drizzle one and a half sticks of melted butter over the mix. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes uncovered. It'll make the house smell good too! Thanks Dacia!

Happy Cooking!
