Having to dress yourself and your child to get to preschool early on your day off........also stinky
Turning back around because you forgot the brownies & bunny ears.........even more stinky
Getting her there on time for her Easter Egg Hunt, seeing this BIG smile, and her telling me, "Wow, Mommy! It's so fun that you're at my school today.".....yeah, you know the answer, PRICELESS....and worth every bit of it:
Next, we headed over to the park for a nice picnic lunch and playdate with great friends!
Then we met up with Dayna and Clare again and went to Toys R Us. Raegan got to pick out an early birthday present from Didi. A trip to Marble Slab ended that venture. Yum!
We finally got back home at about 5:00, and as if the day hadn't already revolved around her, Raegan said, "Can we go to my favorite restaurant? The peanut place?" You mean not cook? Yeah, twist by arm - my terrbily sunburned arm from the park - that is. So it was off to Roadhouse...
...where this Mom could really enjoy her day off!
