Back from Louisiana...

Hello friends! We've missed you! What a fun, whirlwind-of-a-summer we've had so far...

We left on Friday, the 6th (after my last day of school), spent 6 nights in Louisiana, got back late last Thursday night, then Tommy's mom and stepdad came up on Friday, we went to a family reunion on Saturday and celebrated Father's Day with them on Sunday...

...then Raegan and I have Vacation Bible School all this week from 8:30-12:30! So, needless to say, if you're wondering why I've neglected Blogworld...well, there ya go!

We had a good time on our trip. First, we got to see my Dad and all his family while we were in Morgan City. Here are some pictures from my cousin, Corey's, wedding. Check out his groom's cake! Only in Louisiana! And the last 3 pictures are funny because Raegan was so intrigued by the groom (which she called "The Prince") and the bride (which she called "The Princess.") So all was well in the world when Corey danced with her and Sadie let her hold her hand!

Then we spent 3 nights in Lafayette with my aunt and grandmother on my mom's side. (Aunt Dolly and Mim) Here's some pictures from a Children's Musuem we went to...

And ONLY in the crazy state of Louisiana would a kids' play kitchen have these:

And a kids' play grocery store have these:
