Get set...
GO!
Spring Break 2009 was go, go, go for the Tanners!
On Friday, these happy little things arrived from Missouri in time for when Raegan got home from school:
How thoughtful, Grandma!
(And don't worry about the few that were broken...Raegan thought it was a puzzle! And even better was that the pieces were edible!)
Then we headed to Conroe to meet up with this wonderful group:
Will did great on his first road trip and slept the whole way!
It's not too often that Mim, her 3 girls, their 3 girls, and our 3 kids are together!!! So thanks for a fun reunion, guys!
We celebrated Raegan's birthday with them on Saturday night. (No she didn't turn 12...Didi thought it'd be fun to put a candle in each cupcake.)
Then 'the actress in Raegan' went upstairs and performed her rendition of "The Eye of the Tiger" for us. We were down stairs looking up, mind you!
Monday, Mom and I took the kids to the mall for a shopping spree.
Thanks so much for their cute clothes, Dibee!
(So glad you were there to help me convince Raegan how ugly those "bed-spread looking" dresses were!)
Here's our excited six-year old on her St. Patty's Day birthday Tuesday morning:
Her baby brother was not very aware of the festivities as you can see:
Then just Raegan and I went to the park together that afternoon:
I enjoyed this gorgeous afternoon with you, Baby Girl!
But the highlight of the week was when G-pa heated the pool so they could swim:
Next it was off to this cutie's first birthday party at the end of the week for road trip #2:
We love you!
(We enjoyed our visit with everyone and glad you and Clare went too, Didi!)
